TV presenter: Every minute of safari holidays was an adventure
TV presenter Natalie Pinkham has described every minute of her mobile safari as an adventure.
The Police Interceptors host wrote in the Daily Mail about her time in the Botswana region of Okavango Delta, recalling the sight of hippos and lions standing off against each other, adding: "It was incredible and the pecking order was clear."
What's more, she recounted seeing a lion tear into the remains of a carcass during an evening outing on safari holidays with her boyfriend.
In addition, Pinkham – who is also a frequent panellist on Five show the Wright Stuff – revealed she spotted three leopards and an elephant within touching distance of her tent.
Those considering a trip to Botswana might also like to note Liz Clarke, writing for Independent Online, recently recommended visiting Chobe in the country.
And she took in thousands of buffalo and hundreds of elephants while on a trip to the nation.
