Tanzania has ‘stunning wildlife on safari holidays’
People may feel Tanzania holidays are an ideal choice for a wildlife excursion this summer after hearing one writer's comments.
In a piece for the Independent, Harriet O'Brien pointed out the Selous Game Reserve in the African nation is home to "stunning wildlife" on safari holidays.
She noted giraffes are the animals that "really stand out", but individuals can also spot an array of beasts in the country, such as hippo, buffalo, lion, warthog and impala.
What's more, Ms O'Brien stated there is "fabulous" wildlife in the area, adding: "If they're lucky they may also catch sight of endangered black rhino, leopard and seldom-seen wild dog."
In addition to this, another part of the country that could be ideal for such a getaway is the Ngorongoro Crater, which was recently recommended by the Sabotage Times.
The publication noted it is one of the top five destinations to visit for those looking to go on safari.
