The south coast of the South African province KwaZulu-Natal is a must-see location.
This is according to Lebohang Mokhesi, UK country manager for South African Tourism, who noted the area has a mixture of "activities and beautiful scenes", which is something those on holidays to South Africa could be after.
she noted that for people looking to relax while on a trip, there are three beaches with international Blue Flag status in the shape of Ramsgate, Marina Beach and Lucien.
"Visitors can swim, surf or laze on the beaches whilst perfecting their suntan," Ms Mokhesi remarked.
Holidaymakers who like to take part in adrenaline sports will be catered for in the area, as scuba diving is offered.
The annual Sardine Festival will also be taking part in June and July, which marks the natural phenomenon of billions of the fish migrating to create a visual experience unique to the location.
