Kenya is an ideal place to go on a safari holiday.
This is according to Angie Sloan, director of Kenya Tourist Board for UK and Ireland, who noted the diversity of wildlife on show is one of the biggest reasons Kenya holidays are popular.
She noted a recent poll by her organisation found 83 per cent of those heading to the country would be willing to spend all of their time in a national park or game reserve.
Those who do go on safari have the chance to see the big five game – lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo and rhino.
"Kenya is also the perfect destination for twin-centre holidays where visitors can tie in a safari …with a relaxing beach break," Ms Sloan added.
The specialist recently stated that the second half of the year is the best time to go to Kenya, because of the chance to see the wildebeest migration.
