The Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge has been named as Kenya's Leading Safari Lodge at the World Travel Awards.
Because of this, those going on Kenya holidays who are keen to see wildlife should make their way to the location, as there are twice daily game drives.
It is the second time the development has been honoured at the World Travel Awards – in 2004 it was voted Kenya's Leading Hotel.
Situated within the world famous Amboseli National Park, it has Mount Kilamanjaro as a backdrop and is 250 km from the nation's capital Nairobi.
Visitors to the vast space will be able to see all of the big five game – elephants, buffalo, lions, leopards and rhinoceroses – while there are also a number of emerald green swamps for them to enjoy.
It is the eighth consecutive year that Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge has been shortlisted in one of the two categories.
