People looking to book a wildlife excursion may not have considered Tanzania.
The country contains Saadani National Park, a destination which combines a beach and safari holiday, the Southern Times reports.
The area is south of Tanga, which the Leonard Magomba, writing for the publication, describes as "rich in history, natural attractions, period architecture and interesting aquatic activities".
He noted that it is one of the many cities in the country that is off the beaten track and could appeal to those who like this type of holiday experience as it has "magnificent landscape, unique culture and friendly people".
In addition, individuals looking to chill out on sun-drenched beaches might be keen to try out the area.
Mr Magomba is not the only person to recommend Tanzania as a possible safari destination – Wale Olapade, writing a piece for the Nigerian Tribune, noted that the country is the finest place in Africa for this type of wildlife excursion.
