An African reserve could be ideal for safari holidays
Visiting an African reserve could be an ideal destination for a holiday, one publication has noted.
An article for Boosh News pointed out that people will be able get up close to wildlife and the weather should also be handy.
"The animal life in those areas can be exciting to visit during the refreshing temperatures experiences during the northern hemisphere's summer months," the piece noted.
In addition, those considering safari holidays might like to remember that south of the equator is in winter when the UK is experiencing its summer time, the publication warned.
And it also advised individuals to ensure they do not wait until the last minute to sort out their passport.
One location that might be ideal for a safari is South Africa, which recently opened a new exhibition camp – the 30,000-acre Shambala Game Reserve in the Waterberg Mountains of Limpopo Province, the New York Times reported.
